Tranquil Touch has a 24-hour cancellation policy for any scheduled appointments including gift certificates. No show appointments and last minute cancellations will be charged the full amount of the treatment booked .

Depending on our schedule, late appointments will not receive the full time on their treatments booked. If you arrive late and we have no one scheduled after you, we will still be able to give you your full treatment time.
